We are equipped to handle all of your TVA 26a permitting needs. As an authorized agent, we handle this stressful process as seamlessly as possible so you don't have to. Saving you time and stress is what we are committed to doing. Read through the milestones you can expect working with us: 

Blue Horizon Contact: We will conduct a thorough check of your TVA zoning and help you understand what you qualify for on your property. We manage all the details of your paperwork so you don't waste money on something that can't be approved. 

TVA 26a Application: We guide you through collecting all the necessary information for what to submit on your application. Getting a dock within the Tennessee Valley shouldn't be daunting for you. 

TVA Contact and Site Visit: We will be assigned a project guide letting us know that our packet has been received and they will conduct a site visit to access the property. 

Pending: The process for your TVA permit can take up to 150 days. It's important to work with someone who understands the process and the necessary steps to get your dream dock approved. 

Approved: TVA will let us know that our TVA 26a application has been approved giving us the green light to start the construction process.
