Tim's Ford runs through Franklin and Coffee counties, with the largest residential build markets in Tullahoma and around Winchester. Drawdowns are modest — about five feet — and most coves hold enough water for a fixed pile-driven dock. The main channel and a few deeper arms run better with floating systems.
Most Tim's Ford builds are covered fixed boathouses with Tide Tamer lifts, gable roofs, and side decks for entertaining. Where shoreline depth or steepness calls for it, we also build aluminum-frame floating systems with Floatair integration.

Custom docks, boat lifts, decks, and shoreline improvements, all designed to make your waterfront more useful, comfortable, and inviting.

Built on pilings driven into the lakebed, our fixed docks provide a sturdy platform for life on the water, with options for covered boat slips, metal roofs, and custom layouts.
