Nickajack holds a remarkably steady pool through the year — about two feet of seasonal drawdown — which means a fixed pile-driven dock can stay productive in every season without seasonal adjustment. The lake winds through wooded mountains, with mixed shorelines and steady current along the main channel.
Most Nickajack builds are covered slip fixed boathouses with metal-roof gables. We also build open-air pavilions, fishing docks, and floating dock systems for the deeper coves and properties with steeper shoreline access.
