Ocoee is the smallest TVA reservoir in our service area — just under 2,000 acres impounded on the Ocoee River. Most lake-front properties are cabin-style, with steep wooded shorelines and limited water frontage. The build scope tends to be smaller: single-slip boathouses, open fishing docks, and compact pavilion builds.
We build pile-driven fixed docks suited to Ocoee's compact properties, with metal-roof gables, fishing-friendly bench seating, and low-voltage rail lighting for evening dock time. Floating systems are also possible where depth and slope call for them.
